Sonrisa is the best condo complex in Lake Havasu! It is less than a 10-minute drive to the main street, London Bridge or the beach/channel area. Light shines through abundant windows. AC will keep you cool in the summer months. Our condo is no smoking and no pets. This is in a quiet neighborhood.

Two parking spaces, one in garage and one in the driveway. There are additional guest parking spaces shared by all residents.
