We came here from Nebraska, looking for a little fun and sun and a relaxing nice home to do it in! The house was very comfortable for us and our friends. It was very clean and cozy. Nice layout. The only minor thing was, the water pressure was low and the softener has ran out of salt at someone and the water was very hard. The water pressure may just be a Lake Havasu issue with homes, so I can’t really say that is the home owners issue. Overall an amazing time!! Will stay here again!

We loved the hot tub and outside grill on property.
Only complaints would be they need a heated pool and more cooking utensils. They only had one pan, we ended up buying another and leaving it for the next guests.

Beautiful escape from reality
Property manager was prompt in responding to any questions. The home is a beautiful property for that escape from every day life.
Minor things missed in the cleaning of the property prior to arrival and beds could be a little more comfortable, but otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
