We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on Lake Como, Wisconsin! The house has been wonderfully remodeled — everything feels fresh, modern, and super comfortable. We were stoked with how well-equipped and spotless it was. The setting was perfect for a up cozy fall getaway, with stunning lake views and colorful autumn leaves all around. We had a fabulous stay at Slice of Heaven! This is a new home, with incredible attention to every detail. The kitchen is stocked with every need, making cooking at home a breeze. Private bathrooms in the bedrooms, and comfy mattresses for a great nights sleep. The living area is perfect for family gatherings, with a large L shaped couch perfectly lined up to watch TV. And the blankets—so soft and comforting! There were even bowls and toys for our dog. We do a lot of traveling, and home was one of our favorites.

This get-a-way was fantastic. We only stay at VRBO's and this has got to be the best yet. The location was easy to find and It was exactly as described. The house is well laid out and offers plenty of space for groups. Our family came from Iowa, Illinois, Florida & Arizona. Everyone commented on how peaceful and quiet the location is. The patio is a nice size for our group to enjoy the great outdoors of Wisconsin. The furnishings were top of the line from the ceiling fans through to the mattress & linens. The host has thought of everything and answered all communications within minutes of sending an inquiry. The house location made it easy to appreciate all that Lake Geneva has to offer.

A weekend getaway with close friends to celebrate a birthday. The house was amazing! Great communication with the host. He was very helpful before and during the stay. If you're planning a trip to this area, I highly recommend this house. Great experience!

Clean, Comfortable, Conveniently Located

We were very pleased with our accommodations at this property near Lake Geneva, WI. It was conveniently located, and it was easy to get to town and to other nearby spots for dinners and lunches. The entire property was clean and extremely comfortable! With advance permission from the owner, we brought our two small dogs that also enjoyed their stay. What a wonderfully relaxing time we had!! Great back yard, too, fenced for the pups with beautiful views. Enjoyable birdwatching was a bonus.

We were 3 gals wanting a couple of days to shop and relax. This place was perfect. Excellent property. Exceptionally appointed and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, we had 3 deer wonder through the woods while we were sitting outside. 100% recommend Joe's place.

Great location and space!

Close to everything, yet not too close. :-) Quiet neighborhood, great open living space, coffee and views of the lake from the deck on the back of the house in the morning! Enjoyed our stay & Joe was awesome communicating throughout. Clean, spacious, and will definitely return.

Perfectly Peaceful Escape

This home was meticulously clean and suited our family with kids and dogs perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking at home, the linens were fresh and cozy, and the backyard was fully fenced - keeping our furry family members safe. The kids enjoyed the front and back yards with ample room to play. When we weren't out exploring Lake Como and Lake Geneva, we felt very "at home"- enjoying time listening to records, playing games, doing puzzles, and watching movies on the cozy couch. Everything about the space was well thought out, anticipating what families need when traveling. The hosts were easily reachable and helped to make this stay away from home seamless. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house

This was a beautiful home for a weekend getaway. The whole house was super clean. All the pictures do not do this house justice. We have a 1 year old and this was the most baby proof house my wife and I have stayed in! Our dogs LOVED the big backyard! Joe is an amazing host and we highly recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful home!

Great stay at a new property

The property is brand new and well designed. The neighborhood is still in development with multiple homes getting built - so it lacked a bit of neighborhood feel, but it didn’t bother us since it’s winter and we didn’t really walk around the area. The check out time is earlier than most properties I stayed before, especially because the check-out process is a bit handful with removing linens, washing dishes and throwing out trash. I personally thought that was a lot since the cleaning fee is also higher than other properties. Another nitpick is the noisy HVAC. It’s not ideal for light sleepers. I enjoyed staying here for the weekend away from the city, and will recommend for friends who want instagram worthy property. The living room and kitchen is well designed.
