Excellent location, great view We spent 4 nights in June using Hotel Lovec as our base for 3 full-day hikes (arranged by LIFE Adventures in Bled). We had a "De Luxe room with lake view" – one of the rooms on the 4th floor with a jacuzzi on the balcony (room 402). It was sheer luxury to come back from a strenuous hike and relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the view of the lake! The room is more or less a standard size hotel room but it was more than adequate for us. The bathroom isn't huge either but it was OK. The lake view is great from the top floor – you can easily see the island and the castle. The shopping centre in front of the hotel does take a little from the view as it's not the prettiest of buildings, but on the other hand the centre includes a small supermarket which is really practical if you want to buy a snack, water, or other stuff. The general location of the hotel is really very good as you can walk down to the lake in less than 5 minutes. There is an electric kettle and an espresso machine so you can make your own coffee or tea in the room. WiFi worked very well in the room as well as anywhere else in the hotel. The double bed is good and firm with a full double mattress (we appreciate not having that annoying crack in the middle!) :-) We found the staff friendly and welcoming in the reception, and the waiters in the restaurant especially in the evening were very friendly and professional. We had half board and of the 4 nights we were there, 2 were with a buffet and the other 2 a set 3-course dinner (with a choice of two options for the main course). The food was nice – perhaps not the most special culinary experience we've ever had, but absolutely OK. The breakfast was likewise good; we particularly enjoyed that you could press your own fresh orange juice. The only small complaint was that we didn't feel the cleaning staff quite lived up to the rest of the hotel quality. We always leave a good tip on the first morning. We do this to be nice to the cleaning staff but I admit we also do it in the hope that we may get any little extras that might be possible. Well, we didn't even get stocked up on coffee the next day, so we had to ask in the reception for two more coffee capsules for the espresso machine (which, needless to say, we got without any problems). We ran out of paper tissues in the bathroom on the second day, and the cleaning staff didn't put in new ones. These were of course no major issues, but it's just those little 'nice touches' that would have completed the picture of an excellent stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to come back.

Premier Lovec Hotel occupies a great location 1 minute walk from the beauty of Lake Bled. Our room on the second floor had a view of the castle which looked stunning at night. I did request a room on a higher floor but we were told this was not possible as we were staying for 4 nights...which I found slightly strange as we had paid for a Premier room. Room was clean and included a mini bar to keep drinks cool. Air conditioning was great and definitely needed as it was particularly warm whilst we were there. Breakfast had a good choice of foods, there was plenty to eat and it was never overcrowded even on the days when the coach parties were fuelling up before leaving. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with tips about local buses etc. All in all I would certainly recommend this's hotel if are staying in Bled.

Stay here two nights in a room with a balcony with view of Lake Bled. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. Free vehicle parking as well. Very convenient to Lake Bled.

Mostly modern. Clean. Wood floors. Desk in room. Internet good. One chair. Shower very hard to get in and out. Nice lobby. Strong A/C. Room large and good bed. Some of views of mountains. Front desk helpful. We had a good experience and would stay here again. It is not a luxury hotel (5-star) but is above average. If this review is helpful then please indicate so below.

Hotel loved at Bled is a very beautiful hotel. Rooms are small but it has tea coffee maker in the rooms. It has free wifi. Actually most of the hotels we stayed have free wifi. Breakfast is ok,being vegetarian we have limited choice. The lake is just three minutes from the hotel. Bled is a very beautiful small place that one should not miss visiting.

We are currently staying here. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and the beds and pillows are great. I got a back ache at my last hotel in Ljubljana, but this Best Western Premier Hotel Loved cured it. The breakfast is GREAT. Huge buffet with fresh items, most of it from local farmers. Tastes delicious. Very friendly and available breakfast staff. The hotel is well located. I would definitely stay here again. Very reasonable pricing.

We checked in shortly after our arrival in Bled on May 10, which was a bit early but had no trouble since a room was ready. Room 317 was small but spotlessly clean, well-appointed and inviting, with a lake view and a terrace. The front desk staff were welcoming. We had drinks at the well-decorated bar one night--Lovely local rose and a beer. Had to wait a bit for service as the barkeeps appeared to be busy in the dining room. The weakest part of our stay was the breakfast. The breakfast staff was surly and not once did they acknowledge any guest's presence with a smile or a "good morning". Clearing the tables was done noisily and clumsily. The fresh fruit was definitely "old" and not appetizing; the scrambled eggs were watery and bland. There are no instructions for operating the toaster which Was difficult to figure out, so we went without toast. The hotel is well located within easy walking distance of the lake, shopping and the post office. I recommend it.

Location is one of the most important criteria when I look for a hotel and this one checks all the boxes. Right next to Bled Lake, next to the tourist information center and a small shopping mall, yet nice and quiet. It is also about 15 minutes walk from the bus station where you can take a bus to Ljubljana. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. We got a lake view room with a balcony where you can sit outside on a sunny day and just enjoy the view of Bled Lake. The room is nice and cozy, and the bathroom and cupboard is separated from the beds and TV. Room is a little small but very comfortable. Only gripe is probably that the beds were a little too soft for my liking. But other than that, there's really nothing to complain about. The hotel is served by 2 lifts and it is generally pretty quiet. There is ample sitting area in the lobby. Our room comes with breakfast, and it's a very generous spread including cold (meats and cheese) and hot (sausages and eggs), plenty of bread and spreads as well as desserts and fruits. There is also freshly squeezed orange juice and sparkling wine. This is definitely somewhere I would return to stay if I visit Lake Bled again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was nice but I was expecting a little more from the price. The towels and daily cleaning were very good. The daily breakfast was really good with nice variety and hot dishes. The facilities (pool, sauna, Jacuzzi) were all good, clean and well maintained. The downstairs restaurant was very nice we had dinner our last night there and were very happy.

There are better hotels in Bled if you wish to have a full lake view, this one has limited view. Hotel is standard, clean, no frills. Reasonable breakfast choice, nice terrace bar and a a la cart restaurant. Good for a day or two stay.
