This secluded charming chalet is the perfect retreat for nature lovers looking for a peaceful and serene escape. Located by a picturesque stream, you'll wake up to the soothing sound of water flowing and birds singing. The chalet is nestled in the woods and features a large deck overlooking the stream.The house is steps away from the lake and approximately 6 minute walk to the main beach area.

What you WILL LOVE about our home:
-Location: 1 min walk to Gateway Park - access to the lake; Approximately 6 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the Main Lodge/Beach/Pool. 2 minute drive to SKI HILL area
-Family friendly home: private playground with outdoor swings, toys and picnic table; playroom for children with many toys and books, toddler beds available in basement and sunroom.
-Huge brand new deck overlooking the stream: HOT TUB.
-Firepit table (seasonal)
-Artificial grass in key locations, no need to get muddy!
-Plenty of various seating areas available throughout the huge lot
-Recently remodeled upstairs bathroom containing a large bathtub
-New/ updated mattresses
-Great WiFi signal throughout the house.
-On main road -no need to get lost trying to find your way.
- Indoor swing and pull up bar set up so kids can have fun even if it's chilly/ rainy out.
-No nearby neighbors! Majority of other home rentals in the Hideout have neighbors that are just too close for comfort.
-TWO office/work desks: large office desk located in basement that includes a monitor and a special hook up to most laptops. The other smaller desk with monitor is located in the upper bedroom (see pictures for more detail).

Here is what you may not love:
-The home was built in 1970's
-Two upstairs bedrooms are connected by the main hallway with no doors, reducing some privacy

LIVING ROOM and DINING ROOM
The livingroom features large floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding trees. Additionally, the living room is furnished with the most comfortable recliner and a sofa that opens up into a queen size bed. There is a flat screen TV and a fireplace for cozy evenings. The dining table is conveniently located near the kitchen and main area, making it easy to gather with family and friends near by.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, oven, toaster, microwave, water cooler, coffee machine, and a refrigerator. We have variety of spices, cooking oil, teas, and coffee available.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
Both rooms are of equal size. Walking up the stairs, room on the left contains queen size bed with big screen TV, work desk and a comfy chair. Room on the right contains queen size and full size beds plus TV.

BASEMENT
Our basement features plenty of space to cool down on those hot summer days where you can enjoy watching your favorite show/movie on a big screen TV. The basement contains its own spacious bathroom with shower and a refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a PULL OUT COUCH where you can sleep up to two!

Other things to note
*****The HOA charges $100 if booked 48 hours prior to your stay. That cost WILL be passed down to the guests.
*Dogs/pets are not permitted because we have family members who are allergic to many types of pets.
*Parking in driveway-4 vehicles maximum.
*No smoking/shoes inside house.
*Please read The Hideout Associations website for a full description of all amenities. Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of ski hill, tubing, pools, beaches or any amenity, if an event causes The Hideout Association to shut it down during your stay.
