The room facing the pool was fantastic, modern, spacious, and super comfortable. The view of the water was great. Staff, pool area, and neighborhood all excellent. Two notes of caution: the photos on Expedia are not very accurate. The facility is better than shown but there is no waterfront - the photos of people swimming in mangroves are offshore and before that area was wiped out by a hurricane. The other caution is the noise - the music and partying at the pool goes on until midnight making it impossible to sleep, which was a problem for us as we were diving early the next morning. My recommendation is to stay and enjoy, but prepare. We hope to return.

The rooms were clean and the staff was kind and prompt. The restaurant on site was exceptional. We ate several meals there. The gratis breakfast was made to order and there were great options. The pool was a highlight as beach access is limited. The hotel is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the dive shop. We would return without hesitation.

Everyone was super sweet and very accommodating. The room was very modern, comfortable, and had the amenities in it that were expected. I was appreciative that they provided earplugs, as the room that we were in was directly above the pool area, where they played music throughout the night. Nothing wrong with us at all, just glad that they are thoughtful to provide something to counteract the noise. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was always smiling, and happy to help. 100% recommend staying here!

Wonderful customer service and facilities. I do recommend that you reserve with time. I had an unexpected travel and they only had their smallest room available. Still, the stay was great and everyone went above and beyond. Great food, very clean and conveniently located.

Great place to stay when visiting the bio bay. Loved hotel room was spotless and free breakfast was wonderful! Dinner was good and drinks yummy. The free parking was challenging to maneuver the car to get out of.
