Our condo is a true 1 bedroom, 2 bath Suite with NO RESORT FEES. This PREMIER SUITE unit #105 is directly OCEAN & BEACH FRONT with unobstructed views just 30 steps from the beach. It is ground floor; no elevator needed, no steps or hallways. The ground floor location of this Premier condo suite gives you the feeling of a private home. You simply walk out of the floor to ceiling 10 foot high sliding wall to wall glass doors to the soft grass of the pool garden. You are then steps away from the sandy beach. Watch the whales during whale season (November-March) right from your lanai. Gaze at our neighbor island of Lanai, and enjoy the most gorgeous sunset views. Lahaina Shores is a small boutique landmark Ocean Front Resort situated on a quiet all sand uncrowded reef protected beach. Come and witness the rebirth of Lahaina after the 2023 fires. We are a 5 minute drive to Kaanapali Beach & Whaler’s Village. While our condo is offered as private lodging, our guests enjoy the resort's uncrowded amenities; a refreshing swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ's, manicured lawns, and lounges for sunbathing and relaxing. A reception desk is available for a convenient check-in & check out. This is a spacious 1 bedroom with a 56 inch TV, 2 bath condo suite that has a separate living room with a 72 inch TV and a queen size sofa/sleeper. It is newly remodeled with 2 private entrances and has a desirable location. We enjoy beautiful panoramic ocean views.
Enjoy the best location on Maui, free of the rain and winds that frequent the resorts to the north and to the south. There is a coral reef about 35 yards offshore that protects the ocean fronting the resort so that all may enjoy the swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking just steps from our condo.
