Great access, beautiful property
We stayed at the Kaanapaili Alii 121 for 7 nights. I attended a conference at the Westin, and we preferred the condominuim-style set-up of the Kaanapali Alii to the hotel next door. The beach access is superb -- could not be closer or a better beach. We bought groceries and cooked in more than we ate out, but we did try the try Mala Ocean Tavern in Lahaina, which was extremely superb. Also ate at the Fish Market on Honoapillani Rd (great food) and shopped at the Napili Market--it's pricey but quality. My son fished right from the beach, we swam and enjoyed the pool. You have great access to all of west Maui here. We also explored the Kapalua Trail and the active bird nesting area they are cultivating (started by a local fisherman many years ago to protect the Wedge-Tailed Sheerwater, which is easy to spot in their nesting caves. We caught a local canoe regatta while there, very awesome! My son said it was the nicest "hotel" he's every stayed in! While there we had a major plumbing mishap that was managed as quickly as possible by the hotel and we were grateful for their response. I highly recommend this property.

The property staff were excellent always asking for additional assistance and very friendly.
Unit itself is very roomy and bright. Very close to elevator is a plus for us. Additional serving utensils, plates and serving dishes would be a plus. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend and come back to the property and the unit.

Ka’anapali Alii is an amazing place to stay . This was our fourth time here and this condo was our favorite. It was beautifully updated and the kitchen was stocked with every kitchen gadget you needed. We think the Alii is the perfect place to stay. We walked to the golf course. You are able to walk to some amazing restaurants just down the board walk. The beaches are beautiful for strolls down to black rock. We can’t think of a better place to getaway for a couple of weeks when it is winter in Wisconsin❄️.

Beautiful unit
from check-in to check out a week later, this unit was home. Every amenity you could think of.. Walking distance to beach, snorkeling, shopping, dining golf. Perfect yes, I would return here absolutely!
