Excellent time and great location

We had a great time at this villa. You are not far at all from the beach and the view is spectacular. You are literally a block away from a grocery store or just great restaurants and bars, whichever you prefer. Shopping is nearby as well. The only word to the wise I would say is definitely pay for a parking spot. Laguna Beach parking is almost a full time job if you don't.

Perfect location for beach, restaurants and shopping. Once we parked the car, we walked or took the trolley. The view is fantastic, love sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The condo was great, plenty of room for two of us - it had everything we needed.

If you want to rest, it's the place!

You really hear the sea! It was incredible, it's like being in constant meditation. The place invites you to stay! The little fire, because it has a fireplace, is cozy. If you want to rest, it's the place! We had a small wifi failure, it didn't work in the bedroom, it did work in the living room but John was kind to us and fixed it. We would return!

Weekend at the beach

Great location short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Place was clean, only complaint was the the blinds to the patio were in bad shape and kept falling off.

happy place

views were amazing. Unit was very well decorated. Wish there had been a lounge chair on the balcony as shown on the website. But overall, I will definitely return. I come here once a year, but this year it was 2 times and next door to each other. Love this place. Great location. Everything within walking distance. No need to drive your car around.

The first day was fantastic, the second day they lost Internet did not pay their bill for the Villa so we did not have any Internet, so I had to leave for my work, could not take care of it there. They have all kinds of rules, but they don’t have rules that they don’t pay their bills.

Run Down VRBO WITH GREAT VIEWS

We arrived in the evening at a hot unit with spiders welcoming us. The Master Bedroom bed was so small, that it's uncomfortable for two people. The review does not allow for photos or videos, unfortunately. The shower handle was falling off and I almost burned myself because the handle was broken and would not let me change the temp without some effort. We didn't use the dining table, but used one chair, and the leg was broken and literally falling off. The sliding screen door would barely open and close. My husband made coffee and the coffee maker left all of the grinds in your cup, I wish I could share a video because I can't make this up. So much money was spent on this condo and they couldn't even include an ice tray for ice, not even a dishwasher, or a sprayer in the sink should tell you how low-end this property is. Now, the view is 100% amazing, but that's it. The pool is located across the street and I had no desire to even go there and swim, it's like an apartment unit with a cheesy pool. I did complain to the property manager who offered to send someone over to fix everything or let me cancel and leave ASAP. It was the Fourth of July weekend and I wasn't about to babysit someone in our unit fixing everything nor was I going to fight for a room somewhere else on a holiday weekend. We spent a $$$$ for a broken, below-average unit that had a nice view. Next time, I prefer to spend my money at a resort with amenities, thumbs down!
