BEDROOMS & BATHROOM: ‘MOSS STREET VISTAS’ is the ideal beach themed retreat offering 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This home sleeps 2 comfortably in the king bed and four more in two full size beds in the second bedroom.

KITCHEN & DINING: A fully outfitted kitchen offers all expected appliances and cooking equipment to prepare any size meal. The dining area seats four and has a full ocean view! There is also outdoor furniture to enjoy your meal while dining al fresco.

FAMILY ROOM: A comfy sofa, side chair with padded ottoman offer plenty of seating. There is a very large flat screen TV with Google TV. Wifi is free.

OUTDOORS: Attached balcony off the family room with SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS is offered where there is additional seating perfect for a glass of wine at sunset!

SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 25 or older staying at the house during the term of the stay. MOSS STREET VISTAS is located on the ground floor of a 3 story building. There is one flights of stairs down from street level. No elevator.

Laguna Beach offers FREE trolley service throughout the summer. This condo is located at one of the stops! Park your car and enjoy stress free fun while you explore all of Laguna Beach.

Drive south about 15 minutes to both seaside communities of Dana Point and the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Explore the Ocean Institute, shops, wharf, and restaurants in the Dana Point Harbor in Dana Point. The historic Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District in San Juan Capistrano are surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries. San Clemente and the San Clemente Pier is only about 10 minutes further south.

Almost equal distant between Los Angeles Airport to the north and the San Diego Airport to the south MOSS STREET VISTAS is centrally located to all of Southern California’s entertainment opportunities. It’s also only about 30 minutes across Laguna Canyon Drive to John Wayne Airport in Orange County. Sea World, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Legoland, and San Diego Wild Animal Park, and The San Diego Zoo are all within an hour drive or less.
