Casa Mapie - Boavista Golf Resort & Spa

This beautiful villa is situated inside the Boavista Golf Resort and Spa in Lagos. The property has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 people.



The villa is 150 m², sits on a large plot of 290 m², and is located right next to the golf-course. It has views of the garden and the golf course. It has been built and furnished to a high standard.



As well as the outdoor pool (free use), there is an indoor swimming pool, gym and spa which is also has free entry. Reduced rates are available on golf and tennis. The resort also has archery, an outdoor children’s area, and there are other sports as well.



The accommodation has a lovely garden with outdoor garden furniture, a terrace, barbecue, free use of the communal swimming pool. In addition there is an iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house and television. In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.



The property is located close to the Boavista golf course recepion , just 500 m from Boavista Resort restaurant from the restaurant, The wonderful beaches of Lagos and Praia da Luz (with numerous restaurants) a just short drive away and supermarkets are also close by.



Please note that the spa will be closed from Feb 17th for approx 5 weeks.

Review of Casa Mapie

It was like a house that had recently been built but, no one had gone through the villa to find and rectify the snags. Maintenance staff were excellent and came round twice and resolved 4 problems. We found other problems but decided not to report them as we were supposed to be on holiday. Regarding the Safe, a) there should be instructions on its use other than in Portuguese, b) The master key was in the safe, which is high risk - I handed it to reception for safe keeping. The main problem was no internet WIFI, both reception and Algarve Lifestyle stated there was based on a Vodaphone modem with a tag stating WIFI however, this was for the TV only.
