Nous avons été choqué de l'etat de l appartement, une saleté comme j ai rarement vu...un micro-ondes rouillé qui est clairement un danger sanitaire, la vaisselle non laver, des placards couverts de gras et de saleté, des rideaux qui tombent car il n y a plus les fixations, un frigo cassé, des traces de gras partout, de la poussière a n'en plus finir, les accoudoirs du canapé sont défoncés et une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas alors que cela etait indiqué lors de la réservation et en prime impossible de profiter de la terrasse en raison de frelons énormes qui investissent les lieux dès 21h.Pendant 4 jours, un tas de linge sale est resté sur le pas de notre porte d'entrée.Clairement nous sommes écœurés d avoir dépenser nos économies dans un tel logement.Je demande expressément un geste commercial et un remboursement de ce séjour qui ne vaut pas les plus de 500euros réglés pour 4 nuits.

Remise des clés facile, l’hébergement est bien tout le confort nécessaire y est présent.La piscine est un gros plus Le point négatif les poubelles qui débordent à l’entrée pas très accueillant.Pour des vacances à côté de La Rochelle c’est plus que bien.

Vraiment un désastre.Arriver a 17# comme prévu sur la réservation nous avons pu récupérer le logement que a 19# car le menage était pas fait hors vu l' état de l appartement 2# d attente ne son pas justifié.Nous n avons donc pas pu profiter autant que nous aurions aimer de la piscine avec 2 enfant en bas âge et vu la chaleur .Aucun geste commercial n a voulus être fait .Un chose et sur je ne remettrai jamais un pied dans cette endroit

Déçu !!!!

La personne de l'accueil était très gentille.Arrivé dans le logement, le ménage n'avait pas été fait (j'ai du faire le ménage a mon arrivé alors que j'avais pris le forfait ménage pour être tranquille )Papier de bonbons, miettes et sac de soin médical, caché dans le matelas du canapé, salon jardin dégoutant, les carreaux on ne voyait pas a travers, toiles d'araignées, table mal laver et j'en passe!!! Quand nous l'avons signaler, on nous a répondu c'est un oublis !!!! Le frigo congèle les aliments .Les jeux pour enfants fermé avec du ruban, la piscine n'était pas ouverte, et le service petit déjeuner fermé.Attention le sauna n'est pas compris d'en le prix !!! Il y a de l'herbe mais les gens emmènent leurs chiens pour les besoins. Bref je ne recommande pas
