Villa Oliveira is a beautiful villa ideal for families, located in a quiet cul de sac, near the village of Porches,o de Pera and Carvoeiro as well as from several beaches, golf course, and all local businesses. Only a 15-minute walk and we have the magnificent beach of Senhora da Rocha, several restaurants and supermarket. The property is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens which include lawns, beautiful plants, shrubs, small orchard comprising orange, walnut, mango and peach trees, and a centuries-old olive tree. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 meters surrounded by terrace areas for sunbathing and cooking a BBQ. Outside the lounge is a terrace overlooking the pool for alfresco dining. The villa has been beautifully designed with an artistic flare. Fully air-conditioned. The lounge is open plan with a log fire, stone wall feature and a cosy area for reading. European satellite TV with some English channels, WiFi and DVD player. The kitchen is open-planned, fully equipped and through an archway is a dining room. The upstairs master bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobes with double doors leading onto a private balcony overlooking the sea. The ensuite that includes both a shower and a bath is spacious. Across the hall is a twin room with a private balcony. Downstairs are 2 spacious double bedrooms sharing a large family bathroom with a separate shower and bath. 1 km Walking distance to the nearest supermarket and the village of Porches with various bars and restaurants. The nearest sandy beach is Senhora de Rocha 2km. or Armacao de Pera town with a sandy beach and all amenities 2.5km.



Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
