Great Location!

We stayed here for 10 days and it was really a great place for my family. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to some restaurants and the grocery store. Has a great little roof area and a patio. Nice pool with a play area that my kids really enjoyed. Parking was easy. Check in is at a separate location and maybe use Google maps to that location because Waze didn't bring us exactly where we needed to be. Nice big tub that was nice for the kids after a day running around the beach. Short drive to some of the best beaches in the world.

Fotos anunciado no corresponde al apartamento alquilado. Publicidad engañosa!!!!!!

SALÓN En las fotos de la web aparece otro cuadro, una mesa de centro y una terraza con vistas a la piscina. En la realidad, la casa no era la misma ya que las vistas de la terraza estaban situadas hacia las terrazas traseras de otras viviendas, no había mesa de centro y la decoración era diferente. Había también dos ventiladores oxidados, una wifi que no funcionaba y una TV con canales únicamente en alemán. BAÑO En el cuarto de baño tampoco coinciden las fotos, el espejo era diferente, el del apartamento sin luz, teníamos una repisa oxidada inservible que deberían tirar a la basura y dos rollos de papel higiénico amarillos que dejamos allí tal cual y nunca nos atrevimos a utilizar. COCINA En la cocina en vez de vitro como aparecía en las fotos había una cocina de gas muy sucia y vieja llena de aceite, otra cafetera diferente a la de la imagen que no pudimos utilizar ya que en ningún súper nos vendían café para ella, una tostadora inservible y dos sartenes en las que se pegaba todo y estropeaba los alimentos. No había más que cuatro pinzas y un tendedero de ropa deformado y oxidado. La plancha era vieja de esas antiguas que no son de vapor. No nos atrevimos a utilizarla. En las características de la vivienda aparecía que la cocina estaba equipada con lavaplatos y allí no había nada parecido. HABITACIONES Todo correcto excepto en una mesilla que faltaba una bombilla. Cuando al día siguiente fuimos a la inmobiliaria todo esto lo pudieron comprobar las dos personas que estaban allí trabajando y que no nos ayudaron como hubiera sido lo deseado. Incluso nos amenazaron con cancelar la reserva y dejarnos tirados con maletas y niños a 700km de Madrid. Hicieron unos pequeños cambios: bombillas del baño y de la mesilla de noche, compraron dos sartenes, nos cambiaron la ropa de cama y toallas a la semana de estar allí ( espero que esto lo hubieran hecho también aunque no nos hubiéramos quejado) y nos devolvieron 100€ de 2500€ que pagamos por un apartamento que a todas luces no los valía. En fin nos sentimos engañados y no recomendaríamos a nadie ni esta inmobiliaria ni este apartamento.

Ein wunderschönes und gemütliches Apartment in einer hervorragenden Lage. Man hat von der Dachterrasse einen herrlichen Blick über Alporchinhos bis hin nach Armação de Pera, Meerblick inklusive. Alle Gegenstände des täglichen Gebrauchs sind vorhanden. José war super hilfsbereit und bei Problemen / Fragen oder Hilfe war Sílvia immer erreichbar.
