The beds are not comfortable.The owners are living on the first floor and are not very polite. They do not speak a word in English (only German) and communication with them is very difficult. Traveller tips: The region is perfect with 2 big ski zones.

Fijn vakantiehuis voor 7 personen

Wij zijn met 7 personen en 2 honden te gast geweest in Max. De slaapkamers liggen op de 1e verdieping en de keuken op de beganegrond, hetgeen soms wat onhandig is omdat je ook langs de ingang van de eigenaren moet lopen. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en alles was keurig schoon. Ook de oplevering na afloop ging zeer soepel.

Optimal für einen Skiurlaub im Ötztal

Das Haus ist von außen neu gerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alle Zimmer und die Küche mit dem großen Esstisch waren sehr sauber. Für unsere Gruppe mit 7 Erwachsenen/ Teenager war der Esstisch auch groß genug. Im Keller gibt es noch einen Aufenthaltsraum, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Skischuhtrockner ist im Haus, die Ski können in der Garage abgestellt werden. Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Nach Sölden 10 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. 2 Skibushaltestellen im Ort, die wir jedochnicht genutzt haben.

Günstige Ferienwohnung mit renovierungsbedürtigen Schlafzimmern, Bädern und Küche. Leider meistens kein oder nur sehr schlechtes W-LAN. Ca. 15 min mit dem Auto von Sölden entfernt.
