The cozy 2 bedrooms offer a primary suite featuring a King Bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a step-in shower; while the second bedroom offers flexibility for guests with a Queen Bed and a full guest bath nearby. The interior offers ceramic flooring throughout the entire Villa along with quartz countertops in the kitchen and both baths.
The location is superb for golfing as it's only a 5 to 20 minute cart ride to 8 Championship Golf Courses along with multiple recreation centers featuring swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, etc. In addition it's only a 20 minute cart ride to 2 town squares, along with shopping, dining, and all the fantastic amenities The Villages has to offer.
A two-passenger golf cart is available for an additional charge.
