In the heart of a verdant meadow, come and enjoy a fully renovated 110m² gîte. The fully air-conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with walk-in shower and two WCs. A huge bay window adjoining the kitchen opens onto a covered terrace with a summer kitchen (plancha, worktop...). The airial also offers access to the secure swimming pool and sports facilities (aquabike and badminton court). Walking and cycling trails criss-cross the villa's surroundings.
