Deva's house is the ideal place if you want to spend a few days of vacation in complete relaxation. The house is located on the hill above the bay of San Montano, near the Negombo thermal park. The center of Lacco Ameno and the bus stop are about a kilometer away. Deva's house is welcoming, quiet and cool because it is surrounded by nature.
The Bay of San Montano with its bathing establishment or the Negombo Park can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Apartment in a villa equipped with all comforts (satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, small appliances, air conditioning in the living room and in a bedroom). Cute house, good location

The house has most of what you might need for a great family holiday 5 minutes’ walk from a wonderful golden beach. The host is helpful and flexible. Lacco Ameno (the nearby town) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes but a rental car comes in handy if you don’t have patience to wait for buses.

Long weekend

Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed.

Quiet home close to a beautiful beach

We enjoyed our time at marinas place, she was very helpful. The house is in a quiet area close to the beach and the city. You don’t need a car if you don’t mind walking for 15 minutes. However, from the pictures we saw on the internet we expected it to be brighter (one room has hardly any daylight) and the garden needs some work, we didn’t use it at all, but we liked the terrace! The kitchen is well-equipped and offers enough space for 5-6 people!

Immersi nel verde e a pochi passi dal mare

Bellissima villetta immersa nel verde a 5 minuti dal mare. Dotata di tutti i confort necessari e la proprietaria Marina sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Il tutto su un’isola bellissima in ogni sua sfaccettatura... un’esperienza da riprovare.

Siamo stati molto bene. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nel grazioso e comodo appartamento di Marina. La casa è fresca anche quando fuori fa molto caldo. Comodissimi i due bagni. Fantastica la terrazza esterna, perfetta per la colazione nel verde. A due passi dalla splendida spiaggia di San Montano. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa!

Very charming

We found the location of the apartment very charming, in the midst of the forest above Lacco Ameno. It' s very close to the amazing thermal baths of Negombo. We spent a week in the place, were welcomed by the lovely owner, Signora Marina, and had no space problems despite being four adults and three children! The garden of the house is also nice ... We would be glad to be back!

Beautiful Nature Hideaway!!

I was delighted to find Marina's home tucked away in what felt like a magical forrest. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Perfect for my holiday in Ischia. Woke to the sound of birds chirping outside my window each morning. A nice distance walk from Lacco Ameno, although we had a scooter so it was just a 5 minute ride into the center of town. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach which was lovely. I would come again and plan to in the future!

Très déçus

Oubliez le terme "tout confort" car, à part la chambre principale, la salle de bain et la chambre "enfant", tout le reste est à revoir. La cuisine est sale et équipée avec de vieux matériels usagés et cassés. La buanderie est une petite pièce encombrée et mal odorante où la machine à laver est difficile d’accès. La deuxième chambre située entre la buanderie et la cuisine, est quasiment borgne, inconfortable et exiguë. Le canapé et les fauteuils portant déhoussables, sont sales et bien fatigués. La location située sous la terrasse en béton de l'appartement supérieur, est particulièrement chaude et humide en été. Pourtant la climatisation visible sur les photos et fonctionnant dans la chambre principale et la chambre d'enfant, n'est pas comprise dans la prestation. Celle de la pièce principale qui est malheureusement mal installée, n'est pas utilisable en rafraîchissement (mauvaise évacuation des eaux de condensat). La propriétaire n'est pas disponible et l'accueil est effectué par la femme de ménage. Cet appartement n'est pas digne d'être ouvert à la location dans son état actuel et doit rester dans la sphère privée tant que des efforts ne sont pas entrepris.
