Beautiful house "Yara", built in 2018. 3 km from the centre of Lacanau Océan, 10 km from the centre of Lacanau Ville, 55 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the lake. Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Le Huga" 260 m, sandy beach "Plage Centrale Lacanau" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, surf school 3.5 km, riding stable 7 km. Please note: main road 20 m from the property.
"Yara", 4-room house 120 m2. Bright, modern furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Large terrace roofed. Clean, quiet and comfortable

Located halfway between the lake and sea, close to cycle paths and set back from the road, this is an excellent base to explore from. Villa is spacious, clean and well equipped. Flexible hosts who kindly waited for us to check in when we got stuck in traffic at Bordeaux. If we visit Lacanau again we would definitely rebook. Overall a very good break in a lovely villa.
