Get a side view of the ocean from the balcony. Entrance/Equipped Kitchen, Living room with pull-down bed to optimize living space. A large bay window opens to the balcony with garden furniture. Shower room with sink and toilets. You also have a private underground garage (Please note that the basement garage has reduced dimension L=4,80m x l=2.10m x H=2.00m) with secure access via an automatic portal. Join the beach and shops at 50m, the Golf at 3km and the lake at 6km. REF 00077. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

    Bon séjour mais vétusteet bruyant.

    La vue sur océan et la luminosité sont des plus appréciables. Le ménage méritait d être approfondi. Logement méritant un rafraîchissement et malheureusement les bruits environnants comme les bars et restaurants gâchent un peu les nuits.

    Lacanau résidence Casino

    Séjour agréable mais ternie par le bruit la nuit. La proximité d'une discothèque est gênante. L'appartement n'ayantpas de climatisation, il faut ouvrir la baie vitrée pour ne pas avoir trop chaud la nuit et donc subir le bruit.

    Studio bien agencé et fonctionnel avec vue latérale sur l'océan à quelques pas de la plage centrale. Le logement est conforme au descriptif. Lit armoire confortable et ferme. Bémol : isolation sonore de la baie vitrée à revoir. La box wifi et le linge de maison ne sont pas inclus.
