West-facing living room comprising, living/dining room 30m² approximately, open kitchen with dining area and 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and terrace accessible by living room and bedroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160cm) the second with bunk beds (2 x 90 cm) each is equipped with a dressing room. You benefit from a terrace area equipped with garden furniture (table/chairs) facing west. Private and secure parking space at the Carnot covered car park. Beach, shops, shops about 50m, Golf 3 km and Lake Lacanau about 6km. Reach the nature reserves, the activities on the lake or the surrounding villages thanks to the network of bike paths (130km).
