Sand Garden House: Holiday rental located in Lacanau Océan, in the heart of a privileged natural environment, this small semi-detached house is ideal for relaxing holidays between the ocean, pine forest and lake. Situated in a quiet and tree-lined residence, it benefits from a very sought-after green setting for a seasonal rental in Lacanau, while remaining close to beaches and amenities. The ocean and shops are about 1.8 km away, easily accessible by bike or car, while Lacanau lake is just 5 km away.



The residence has a communal swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September, a real asset to fully enjoy the beautiful days after a day at the beach or a walk in the forest. A parking area is arranged on the edge of the residence and the accommodation benefits from a numbered private parking space.



Inside, the house offers a friendly and bright living area with a lounge space equipped with a sofa, a television with Canalsat and a DVD player, ideal for relaxation moments. The kitchen area, open to the living room, is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary crockery and utensils.



The ground floor also includes a bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children or teenagers, as well as a wet room with a shower, washbasin and washing machine. The toilets are independent. Schöner Urlaub in kleinem aber feinem Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus war zwar sehr klein aber trotzdem fehlte es an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut durchdacht. Lediglich eine zweite Toilette wäre hilfreich gewesen und die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Das Haus wurde vor unserem Bezug nur 30 min von zwei Leuten gereinigt und so war dann auch das Ergebnis. Aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
