In a nice and individual neighborhood in the center of Lacanau-Ocean, you’ll find this Holiday house, on a spacious and beautifully landscaped plot. The house is comfortably furnished and well maintained. There is a living room with sofa, TV and dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has an exit to the covered terrace with dining area, plancha and a charcoal grill.
There are 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with double bed 1.40m and 2 bedrooms each with two single beds. One bathroom and separate toilet. One shower room with toilet (attached to one of the bedrooms). Additional terrace with seating and sun loungers. Large garage with laundry facilities, extra toilet and exterior shower.

Parfaite pour les vacances!!

Très belle maison très confortable, facile d'entretien, cuisine super bien aménagée, avec un très joli jardin et de vastes terrasses. Garage, tennis de table. Bien située,tout est à 5 minutes à vélo. Parfaite! Il manque les instructions pour le ramassage des poubelles.
