Wie ein zweites Zuhause

Wir waren als 4-köpfie Familie in den Herbstferien hier und es war einfach traumhaft. Unser Ferienhaus ist uns in dieser Zeit richtig ans Herz gewachsen und wurde zu einem Zuhause auf Zeit. Die Ausstattung ist super und es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Haus und das Gelände sind top gepflegt. Auch wenn es doch recht frisch waren, haben wir fast jeden Tag den Pool genutzt. Einfach klasse. Und die Lage ist super schön. Wir haben einige Wanderungen unternommen und zur nächst größeren Stadt ist es nicht weit. Auch zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Kilometer. Im näheren Umkreis gibt es alles, was man so braucht. Und zu guter Letzt aber zu aller erst: Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und professionell! Wir können das Domizil zu 100% empfehlen!!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung sind jederzeit gegeben! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist absolut zuverlässig und sehr freundlich! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar! Der Pool, die Außendusche sowie die Sommerküche sind der Knaller und ein absolutes Highlight!

Top Ferienaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Haus & Grundstück sind schön angelegt, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Slazwasser-Pool ist top und wird regelmässig von einer Firma gewartet. Lage etwas ausserhalb. Ruhig aber Einkäufe und Co. nur mit dem Auto. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekt für 4 Pers. Wenn ich nochmal in die Gegend fahre, dann würde ich es wieder buchen.

Ich war mit meiner Familie da, es ist ein Top Ferienhaus und es hat alles was man braucht.Schön Ruhig und nicht so weit weg vom Strand.5 Minuten mit dem Auto und einen Parkplatz haben wir auch immer in Rabac bekommen.Schöner Pool.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil von Anfang bis zum Ende!

Bevor wir unsere Bewertung abgeben, möchten wir uns erst einmal bei den beiden Eigentümern der Villa bedanken. Sie sind absolut perfekte Gastgeber. Ab Ankunft bis zur Abreise waren sie immer erreichbar, hatten tolle Tipps von Strand über Restaurant bis Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war uns eine echte Freude mit Ihnen! Herzlichen Dank für tolle 2 Wochen Auszeit! Nun zum Urlaubsdomizil: Da wir selbst immer auf Basis der vorhergehenden Bewertungen entscheiden, ob wir ein Domizil mieten oder nicht, ist es uns ganz besonders wichtig, auch hier ein paar Zeilen zu schreiben. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bilder und liegt gerade einmal 10 min Fahrtzeit von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt in einer ruhigen Straße inmitten von Grün. Es hat durch den Pool, die Außenküche, den Grill sowie die immer im Schatten gelegene Terrasse ein echtes "Sommerwohnzimmer" dazugewonnen. Die Klimaanlage im Haus macht es bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm vor allem Nachts. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses ist praktisch und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir waren zu dritt und empfanden die Größe des Hauses als perfekt. Sehr gerne geben wir hier die volle Punktzahl! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und dabei nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Home away from home

We had a great stay at villa stella. Check-in was easy and the communication was great. Denis, the tenant was super nice and always available for questions. The house is small but clean and well equipped. You will need to bring utilities like toilet paper, salt sugar and other stuff you will need for cooking eg. But high chair and baby crib are available. It is very great that the house is equipped with moskito nets because in the evening the moskitos are annoying. We loved the pool and the whole outdoor area. It is very beautiful. The house is a bit off the grid in a small village in the mountains. Great for hikes and we loved the quiet. But its always a 10 minute drive to the next supermarket. But Restaurant Markus in the next village 1,5km away is a great place to dine. The house is perfect for a small family or two couples. Even if you theoretically could stay with 6 people (all adults), I would say that would be too crowded. The only negative we could say, was the missing oven. It would be nice to be able to bake up some rolls in the morning. Shower was great, beds are comfortable. Just a perfect place to spend a great holiday with your own pool. Definitely would book again.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Wir waren zum Wandern in Istrien. Für den Süden von Istrien bietet das Haus einen guten Ausgangspunkt. Die Strände von Rabac sind nicht weit entfernt. Ein Defekt im Sanitärbereich wurde schnell und unkompliziert repariert. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Perfekt

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern in den Herbstferien dort und hatten traumhaftes Wetter, so dass wir täglich den Pool nutzen konnten. Denis ist ein perfekter Gastgeber! Er hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab sogar zur Begrüßung einen gekühlten Weißwein aus der Region. Das Haus ist klein, aber top gepflegt und sauber! An allen Fenstern und an der Terrassentür sind Fliegengitter, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat! Abends haben wir es genossen, an der Lagerfeuerstelle zu sitzen. Es war eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche.
