The 30 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a TV, heating as well as a washing machine.

The property offers a private outdoor area with a garden and a covered terrace. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool (open from mid-May to mid-September), a children's pool and barbecue facilities. The pool is supervised in July and August. Note that the Fun Pass to access the activities on site is not included.
