Situated between Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains, Annecy and Albertville, the Parc Naturel Régional du Massif des Bauges is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was awarded the Geopark label in 2011.
Here, you can breathe mountain air in summer and winter, just 20 minutes from major urban centers.
A land of terroir and tradition, it's here that Tome des Bauges PDO cheese is made.
The house offers many advantages, not least of which is the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with top-of-the-range appliances including an American refrigerator.
The living-dining room is spacious, allowing the 6 occupants (extendable to 8) to enjoy their vacation without disturbing each other.
Upstairs, 3 comfortable bedrooms and a magnificent bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The ground floor office is THE extra room. It can be transformed into a bedroom with 2 extra beds, or into a telecommuting space...
Outside, a lovely terrace and comfortable furniture.
Please note that towels and bed linen are not included in the price.
At the end of your stay, the house will be cleaned by us so that all our guests find a clean house on their arrival.
