Nous avons séjourné chez Remy et ce fut bien agréable. L’extérieur est top et la maison est agréable. Remy est un hôte très agréable qui nous a donné pleins de conseils et qui est à l'écoute. Les environs ne sont pas formidables mais’la maison est bien placé

Séjour agréable mais points à améliorer

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison et avons passé un agréable séjour globalement. Il y a certains points qui mériteraient une amélioration pour que cela soit plus en cohérence avec le prix de la location, et si l’on compare aux autres locations où nous avons déjà séjourné (je précise qu'au total nous avons payé 350€ par nuit, incluant les frais de service Abritel). Points positifs : -extérieur très agréable avec piscine chauffée, -espace de vie spacieux, -à 20' de voiture du centre d'Arcachon et permet de rayonner facilement dans la région. Points négatifs : -cuisine qui manque d'équipements et de couverts (pas de bouilloire,très peu de couverts,couteaux non tranchants,pas de verre à vin...), -literie bas de gamme, -situé en zone industrielle, donc rien d'accessible à pieds et les alentours immédiats n'ont pas d'intérêts, -ménage quasi non-fait à notre arrivée (Rémi a été réactif et compréhensif à ce sujet, on le remercie). Malgré tout,on aurait préféré que quelqu’un repasse pour éviter d’avoir à faire le ménage à notre arrivée ce qui n’est jamais agréable, -pas de climatisation (cela est bien précisé dans l’annonce mais en cas de fortes chaleurs la maison retient la chaleur,même volets baissés en journée,il faut donc le savoir), -pas d'accueil physique et de livret d'accueil,ni de petite attention à l'arrivée,c’est la première fois que cela nous arrive et on se rend compte que cela a son importance! L’accueil d’hôtes est un vrai art,pas juste un gagne-pain!

Rund um Paket

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Obwohl wir deutlich eher vor Ort waren, konnten wir die Wohnung schnell beziehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging reibungslos in Französisch oder Englisch. Es ist absolut ruhig und doch inmitten von vielen Aktivitäten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man konnte am Pool entspannen, oder Pferderennen ganz in der Nähe ansehen. Wirklich ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Lieben Dank dafür.

Maison très bien décorée. Beaucoup d espace. Exterieur avec plusieurs endroits agréables( transats, salon d extérieur, espace petanque...). Belle piscine. Très propre. Propriétaire sympathique discret et disponible. La maison est bien située pour circuler dans le bassin d Arcachon et ses environs, proche des commerces. Située en bordure de zoning, les environs immédiats sont sans intérêts et pas très agréables. Mais la proximité des sites intéressants la positionne très favorablement. A recommander!

1 semaine de vacances dans le bassin d'arcachon dans une maison superbe !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec ma femme dans la maison de Rémi: - La maison est bien située proche des plages et d'Arcachon et dans un environnement calme. - La maison est très bien équipée et décorée à l'intérieur , l'extérieur très agréable et la piscine bien sympathique - Rémi tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ a été d'une extrême gentillesse En somme nous recommandons !!!
