Large 93m2 apartment on the 1st floor, large, clear living room of 45m2 opening onto an 8m2 terrace with small pool view, two bedrooms each with an individual bathroom, 1 shared toilet, fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, dishwasher linen, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle etc ... all ready from the pyla beach, 300m, linen is not included in the rental ...... rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Appartement très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur le bassin et la pinède. Il est également très bien équipé et fonctionnel. On se sent tout de suite en vacances !

Super séjour dans cet appartement (Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants). Pas de mauvaise surprise. Belle pièce à vivre. Superbe vue. On oublie vite le bruit du boulevard. Bien placé. Proche des petites plages du Pyla, supérette et quelques restaurants (5 minutes à pied). Avec des enfants, 15 minutes en vélo du Mouleau et de la dune du Pyla. 30 minutes en vélo du centre d'Arcachon.

Appartement très bien équipé et agréable, petit kit d accueil et équipement bébé très appréciés, accès direct à la plage face à la pointe du cap ferret, petit superette bien achalandée à deux pas, très proche du Moulleau et de la Dune du Pilat, pistes cyclables devant la porte, tout pour de bonnes vacances familiales
