Investir dans des points essentiels
La maison est bien placée mais trop proche de l’avenue très fréquentée. Aucun espace extérieur pour manger le soir car aucune lumière extérieure. Manque aménagement au niveau des extérieurs et partie derrière assez triste. Les literies des deux chambres sont à changer car vraiment très fatiguées . La pièce principale reste agréable . Le portail du jardin part en lambeau. En résumé il faudrait un petit investissement pour en faire une maison agréable.

Nettes Landhaus in Abatilles
Nettes Landhaus, innen teilrenoviert, außen könnte das Haus etwas Pflege gebrauchen.
Sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche hat alles, was es gibt, Sitz- und Kochgelegenheiten für eine Großfamilie. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt auf der Rückseite, Kinderzimmer nach vorne.
Großer Garten vor und hinter dem Haus, Sitzecke hinten ist ruhiger als vorne, wirkt etwas ungepflegt, war aber wohl länger niemand da.
Einziges Manko ist der teilweise hohe Durchgangsverkehr der Straße, daher insgesamt vier Sterne. Lage hinsichtlich Entfernung Centre ville, Dune du Pilat, Strände Le Moulleau und Supermarkt in Teste-de-la-Buch optimal.
