Nice apartment with great city views
Very nice, well equipped apartment. Ideally located for touring the Cinque Terre and Portovenere.Balcony offers extrordinary views of the city. we would stay here again.

Un accueil très agréable, très bien situé, la vue de l'appartement vraiment super de tous les côtés!
L'appartement est au cœur de la ville, à côté du marché et à égale distance du train ou du bateau pour se rendre dans Cinque Terre. La vue de la terrasse et de la chambre est fantastique!!!

Agréable séjour à la spezia
Location confortable et spacieuse qui est très bien située pour visiter les cinque terre

Bon séjour, mais à éviter au mois de Mai; si possible choisir hors saison.
Joli petit appartement, bien situé, à 10 mn de la gare et du port d'embarquement pour voir les villages en bateau.
Appartement calme, sur une cour intérieure, au dernier étage avec ascenceur.
Chambre confortable.
Canapé bien pour le repos, mais pas pour dormir.
Superette "Carrefour" à 100 mètres, bien achalandée.

Appartement idéal pour un excellent séjour
L'appartement est idéalement situé dans la spezzia, en plein centre ville et à mi chemin entre le port et la gare qui sont les deux meilleurs moyens de transport pour aller visiter les cinq terres. En effet, il est préférable d'oublier la voiture pour ces excursions.
L'appartement est dans un bel immeuble au cinquième et dernier étage avec ascenseur jusqu'au 4ème.
Il est très propre, bien entretenu et très bien équipé tant au niveau de la cuisine que des couchages. Il y a une chambre avec un lit double, des placards et une commode. Dans la pièce principale il y a un convertible 1 place. La salle d'eau est séparée avec toilettes, baignoire et lavabo.
Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse incomparable et est très attentionné car il a pris le soin de nous appeler pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien et vérifier que nous n'avions besoin de rien. Il nous a donné d'excellents conseils quant aux visites à faire dans le coin. Il nous a fourni les serviettes, les draps, les torchons pour la cuisine.
Concernant les commerces à proximité, il y a un Carrefour Market à 200 mètres, et un marché (fruits, légumes frais, poisson, viande frais) tous les matins à 400 m.
Pour le parking, il y a des places gratuites mais rares à 800 m, cependant les places payantes (avec les bandes bleues) peuvent être prises à la journée et ne coûtent que 75 centimes d'euro de l'heure dans les rues avoisinantes. Attention, toutes les rues ne sont pas au même prix, mêmes lorsqu'elles ont les bandes bleues. Ne pas se stationner sur les places aux bandes jaunes qui sont réservées aux résidents (mise en fourrière rapide).
Concernant les excursions, il est possible d'acheter pour 16 euros par personne un billet de train valide 1 jour pour aller visiter les "5 terres" : Toutes les stations entre la Spezzia et Levanto. Ce billet permet de prendre n'importe quel train et de descendre à chaque station. Il inclut en outre le péage des sentiers de randonnée pédestre, qui lorsqu'ils sont pris séparément coûtent 7,5 euros.
L'autre moyen est d'utiliser le bateau, mais le coût est beaucoup plus élevé et ne comprend pas les sentiers de randonnée.
Autre excursion intéressante à faire : Au départ de Levanto, louer un vélo et prendre la piste cyclable qui longe la mer vers le nord et qui empreinte d'anciens tunnels ferroviaires permettant de remonter de 14 km.
