The home :
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. Two bedrooms also feature a desk.

The kitchen is spacious, well laid out, and equipped with modern appliances. It opens onto the terrace, pool, and living room.

Guest access :
Villa Les Yuccas offers a very spacious private parking area secured by an automatic gate.

Housekeeping is included at the end of your stay, and every 7 days for longer stays.

Other notes :
The master bedroom has its own toilet, while the other two bedrooms share a second toilet.

Construction works for residential houses are currently taking place on the land below the villa, across the road, generally between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Myriam is a great host and the house is lovely. However, it is near an extremely busy street and there is almost constant noise from the motorcycles - very loud mufflers, or no mufflers and the sirens from the very nearby fire station can also be heard at all hours. That said when you're inside sleeping, the walls are thick and it is quiet. It is very clean. Kitchen is fitted out pretty well. Good location. View can be stunning - but they are also doing construction right in front of you. We stayed for 5 weeks so we got a very good idea of the place. If we went back we'd look for a quieter location.
