Very nice town house, modern and bright. On the ground floor an independent fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, ...) and a pleasant south-facing lounge. Upstairs (secure staircase for children): a large double bedroom with desk, a bedroom with 2 pull-out beds, a shower room. 5 minutes walk from the train station and the aquarium and 10 minutes walk from the old port and the city center. You will appreciate its immediate proximity to shops (press, bakery, cafes and restaurants ...). At the bottom of the house: a self-service bike terminal. Free parking on the street.
We leave DVD, games, magazines and books available.
A welcome booklet will give you ideas for walks and our good addresses (beaches, shops, restaurants ...) in the sun or in rainy weather. And above all, having young children ourselves, ideas for going out with the children for a successful holiday!
Very pleasant neighborhood because in the immediate vicinity of the port and the city center, without all traffic and parking problems ... Everything will be done on foot from the house, for a relaxing stay.
Free parking on the street, self-service bicycle terminal and bus stop right next to the house.

Bonjour, le bien est bien situé. Par le pont de Tasdon, accès direct au parvis de l'aquarium. Très bel accueil et disponibilité .. Mais, le matériel est ancien et il manque un peu de vaisselle (plat four, saladier). Nous étions 3 et cela me parait parfait, au dessus ...

T3 proche du centre ville

Petite maisonnette T3 proche du centre ville et de l’aquarium Pratique pour séjourner quelques jours mais pas sur du long avec des enfants en bas âge. Avec les escaliers un peu dangereux sur le palier à l’étage. Manque une barrière qui semblait exister à l’époque. Juste un peu bruyant puisque située sur un axe très passant. Stationnement gratuit à proximité. Les informations d’arrivée étaient très claires de la part de la propriétaire.

Petite maison sans extérieure mais très agréable et cocooning. Cuisine aménagée avec lave vaisselle au top. Idéal pour ceux qui veulent être situé près de la gare à une 1 min. Les gérants sont très bienveillants.

La situation géographique est intéressante en terme de proximité avec le centre ville. La petite maison est pratique, fonctionnelle et agréable. Bémol pour le sous-sol trop encombré et le sèche linge pas pratique.

Maison très bien placée à 10 min à pied du port de la Rochelle. Néanmoins, rue un peu bruyante quand on dort la fenêtre ouverte. Petite maison bien pensée, mais petit bémol pour le ménage. En effet, il est compris dans la location, mais la femme de ménage n'est pas méticuleuse. Valentine, la propriétaire, est très agréable et toujours disponible. Super séjour pour notre part.

La maison est en tout point conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, très lumineuse, proche du port/aquarium (on peut y aller à pied), il est également très facile de se garer autour de la maison. Dommage qu'elle soit un peu humide.

Maisonnette en duplex propre et bien aménagée pour un lieu de vacances. Idéalement placée.

Maisonnette en duplex idéalement placée de la gare, des navettes de bus, du vieux port et de toutes commodités. La plupart des sites à visiter son à côtés. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. Un peu juste en bol et en verre mais se n'est qu'un petit détail. Valentine laisse des suggestions à faire restos, les commerces proches de la location, des recommandations : plage villages aux alentours avec de bonnes adresses
