This place did not meet my expectations. Almost all showers and bathrooms flooded every time they were used. Only one bedroom had a closet and that closet did not have any hangers, the mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable. Some bedrooms don’t have mirrors or dressers and the toilet holder was broken. The dishwasher doesn’t really work unless they’re only a couple plates. The Roku didn’t work upon arrival. The hot tub took hours to heat so we could not use it. Really disappointing property. Very run down and poor quality. Did not provide value based on the price. Good location, and okay general spaces. Hosts were responsive.

Prefect getaway home

This was my first time renting and my experience with AvantStay was wonderful. The house was huge and felt like home for my family, pets and I. We had a minor issue with the pool but once I contacted them they responded quickly and had the issue taken care of immediately. They're very attentive. It's in the perfect location. Less than 5 mins from the all the stores. Overall stay and experience was 10/10.

Overall very enjoyable, but the gas grill was not working properly and the back up gas tank was empty. Also, the spa did not heat properly.

Great Place for Large Group

We are all over 60, and related! We loved the property for our large group gathering inside and outside. We could eat, play games and cook together, the kitchen, living room and eating areas both indoors and outdoors was quite spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided each with rooms and bathrooms, so plenty of privacy when you needed it. There were a few things not working properly (garbage disposal, SPA, dishwasher, ice maker and a few lights were out), but we worked around it. More than enough linens and towels and amazing supply of dishes and kitchen things, as we cooked all our meals there. Our only complaint was only one shower had a grab bar and the tile was quite slippery. (we're old!) We had one fall and several near falls. The WiFi was frustrating because it had to be reconnected to our devices several times a day, but we spent less time on them and more time enjoying each other! I would highly recommend putting grab bars in those showers! We had a great time and enjoyed spending it in this very roomy house!
