Located on the 13th fairway of the Nicklaus Tournament Course, enjoy watching golf from the patio or pool. Four en-suite bedrooms each have a smart television, including the private detached casita. The newly renovated kitchen is a chefs dream with a walk in pantry, dual ovens, Thermador gas range, and massive island/breakfast bar. The wet bar includes a wine refrigerator and the dining room has seating for eight. The master bedroom has a cal-king bed, walk-in closet, sitting area overlooking the pool, and sliding door out to the patio. The back yard includes a pebble-tec pool, huge patio set, television, barbeque island, renovated fire pit, lemon, and lime trees to enjoy.
