We have stayed elsewhere at PGA West and recognize that it is an upscale property. This unit, however was over the top with rules and threats of fines. In addition they overcharged me (double) for heating the pool which I needed to request resolution for. In their defense, they were very quick to correct the issue, but strangely wanted to defend the fact that they found the issue before I did and assured me that they don't make money off charging people for pool use. Oddly, they would have in this scenario had it not been corrected. I will choose a different property management company and property the next time I am at PGA West. The door was also incredibly challenging to unlock which was nerve-wracking when arriving in the dark. We chose to enter and exit the property through the garage the whole time because of this challenge. The property was well appointed, but it was challenging to cool down at night since A/C wouldn't go lower than 72.
