Three public and three private golf courses at PGA West along with a full spectrum of outdoor and indoor activities. This four-bedroom 4.5 bath 3,409 Sq Ft remodeled home has exquisite new decorations and new furniture with a detached casita. Large living room and wet bar. All new kitchen appliances and a built-out kitchen island with seating for 4 which is adjacent to the main living area with wall mounted TV, fireplace and plenty of seating. Formal dining for 6.Primary bedroom offers king bed, sitting area, wall mounted TV, dual sinks walk in shower and bathtub. Guest bedroom offers queen bed, sofa, TV with tub/shower in bath. Den with sofa sleeper, wall mounted TV, walk in shower in bath. Casita with queen, sofa sleeper, TV, shower/tub combo. Southeast sun exposure in the backyard keeps all day sun away from the house which stays nice and cool during warmer weather.
