Located just a few steps from Prée beach, the coastal path and friendly restaurants, this 60 m² house and its enclosed garden have two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.



The house comprises a living area with dining room, lounge-TV room, open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home (gas hob, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher, toaster, kettle), a bedroom (140 bed), a bathroom with washing machine and an independent toilet completing the ground floor.



On the upper floor, you will find an unlocked bedroom with a double bed (140), two cabin beds (100) and above all a beautiful sea view.



For maximum comfort, the following are at your disposal: a wood stove (wood provided), a charcoal barbecue, and garden furniture. You can park two cars on the house's private driveway and store up to 4 bicycles in the garden.
