This 27 sqm studio, divisible by a mobile partition, is located on the ground floor and equipped for 4 people. It includes:

- An independent kitchenette with 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, and raclette set

The terrace with a view of the surrounding fir trees faces south. The ski locker is in the residence.
