The space

Just 7 minutes from the pier by car, this house is central and safe, simple and economical with some details already remodeled, but many things remain and for while our outcome is not luxury if not the cost benefit (50% less than similar listings in the area for 10 people and you can check), the real savings start from stays of 3 nights, 1 week or the best discount is for the full month. ( if you pay only 1 one night it is expensive as we close one day before and one day after)
check in time is after 3pm and check out time is before 11:59 am.
We can recommend transportation to and from airports or bus terminals, also as hosts take you for walks along beaches, the cape, see the gray whale to Puerto Chale or simply to important points of La Paz and Malecon according to availability.
The extra cost sometimes appears as cleaning but it is really the cost of laundry of bed linen but this cost is automatically reimbursed a part with a discount that we handle of 20% when staying for 7 nights or more. ( the house has to be delivered clean superficially , we take care of detailing it * please do not leave dirty dishes)
We know that you are missing many things and that the house has many details to repair but day by day and that you our guests will be recommending us to add to improve the place but meanwhile at the lowest price of all La Paz (guaranteed ) and what you see in the photos is exactly what we offer. details: you may come across a cockroach or insect but it is fumigated all inside and outside so the problem will be minimal or zero. (so far there is not a single complaint)
The house is well located : near main avenues 1 block away we have several restaurants, an Oxxo, laundries and pharmacies nearby.
It can accommodate up to 10 people as follows.
* King bedroom (up to 3 people) mini split
* Double bedroom (2 persons) mini split
* Bedroom with Kangaroo Bunk Bedroom 3 Twin (3 people) mini split
* Hall with 2 sofa beds single beds (2 people (2 people) in the living room with fan.
* The 4th bedroom is bodega, there is the iron and the donkey, in addition it serves
to keep things. (it has no beds is 2 x 2 meters approx.)
/ children from 2 years old count as an extra person and they are accepted as well as the babies are also accepted at no extra cost but at their own risk since the place is not suitable nor are there any safety points for minors *** there are a WOODEN CRIB ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY, I RECOMMEND BOOKING IT in TIME ***.
