Bienvenido a nuestra idílica Villa, llamada Pangur Bán, situada en el corazón rural de Lajares, el centro de Surf y Cultura de Fuerteventura. Estamos perfectamente ubicados en nuestro lugar tranquilo, adyacente al increíble volcán y apartado de carreteras y vecinos muy transitados, pero con fácil acceso a todas las comodidades en Lajares.

Entre los muchos aspectos destacados, los invitados están particularmente impresionados por:

Todos los 385 metros cuadrados del espacioso interior están amueblados con estilo para adaptarse al huésped con atención a los detalles. El diseño está optimizado para vivir al aire libre con comedor al aire libre, salón, patio y áreas de cócteles / lectura que están protegidas de la intemperie. Las cuatro habitaciones y salas de estar también tienen puertas francesas que se abren directamente a la zona de la piscina.

La piscina climatizada con energía solar cuenta con un sistema de filtración de agua salada, que es ideal para el medio ambiente y la piel. A diferencia del cloro, el agua salada no afecta el medio ambiente y es hipoalergénico, evitando así cualquier irritación en la piel o los ojos.

La villa también cuenta con sus propios enormes jardines de 3500 m2. Meticulosamente diseñado y mantenido, la cantidad y variedad de especies hermosas no tiene paralelo en esta isla. Estos jardines están rodeados por paredes tradicionales de piedra volcánica canadiense, y el estacionamiento está asegurado con una puerta de entrada operada eléctricamente.

Fantastic villa

Lovely villa in a large plot. The villa is spacious, good layout with everything you need. The location is perfect with privacy, shops and restaurants nearby, and just being able to walk out to the volcano.

The best villa we have ever stayed in

This is our 5th time to this villa. Even now, it still gives us the “wow” factor when we arrive. It is so well equipped, the bed linen is excellent and there was no shortage of towels. We look forward to returning next year.

Fabulous villa in a peaceful location

This villa is perfect. I’ve stayed in it many times. The location is peaceful and on the edge of the volcano trails. A steady walk will take you to the centre of Lajares. Looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful Place!!!

We rented the villa for a second time and are still absolutely satisfied!! It is very clean and very well equipped, the matresses are comfortable , it's quite and pivate. There is nothing we missed!! We'll be back in March!

Wonderful memories made with family

A luxurious and comfortable villa with a great layout, lovely pool (cleaned twice whilst we were there) and huge sense of space which was perfect for our family from 5 years old to 70. It is clean and very well equipped. We felt very secure and safe with the kids. The landscape surrounding the villa is dramatic and the beaches a short drive away are breath-taking. We fell in love with Fuerteventura on this holiday and the villa played a major part in that. Thank you.

Large private and relaxing villa

We enjoyed our stay at villa Suerte. The villa is well appointed with excellent areas inside and out, just as shown on the Vrbo website. The pool is excellent and there is no chlorine used only salt. You will need a car to stay here, but all the best parts of the north of the island are within a short drive. A place to relax and enjoy.

We have stayed in the area before and you will need a car to get about, but don’t let that put you off. The village is growing and the local facilities (restaurants and shops) are excellent . A short drive away is the stunning beach of El Cotillo , and the busy town of Corralejo. The house is on the edge of the village so is lovely and private/quiet. The pool is lovely and even on the hottest days the design of the house means it stays cool.It is well equipped and the manager is quick to deal with anything that goes a miss. If and when we go back , we will look to go back here.

Stayed for a month !

This was our second stay at this lovely villa. We stayed for a month and we did not want to go home ! It is a spacious villa and brilliant outside space with comfortable chairs to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the fantastic sunsets. We did eat in quite a bit as the quality and price of fresh food and wine available at the local supermarket was outstanding. Just a lovely villa and fantastic pool to have lovely memories of.

Lovely property

We had a few issues the first couple of days, as there was no water. This was nothing to do with the villa, as there was issues in the village. We have stayed at this villa multiple times and love it. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone that wants quiet, luxury and privacy.

Great villa

We had a great stay at the villa. Our kids loved the courtyard and all the rooms being entered directly from the courtyard. It is in a great location with easy access to lots of good restaurants, cafes and bakers in Lajares and then very close to a number of different beaches. We did have a little issue with the wi-fi being slow and tempermental but because we were on holiday it didn't bother us too much but would have have been an issue if we needed a reliable source such as if we were working.

Another lovely stay

This is the second time we stayed at this amazing villa and have already booked a third trip. The reason I haven’t rated this as 5* this time is the pool. We had issues with it (it went green) and it took a week for the pool guy to bring it around.

As fabulous as always

This is a superb villa. Private, tranquil, spotlessly clean & very well equipped. The new addition of the hot water boost proved very beneficial on our only one very dull day. The pool’s solar heating was very efficient, reaching a high of 27* - great for a winter sun holiday. Location allows easy access to walk the paths around the volcanoes and a steady walk down into Lajares to our favourite pastry cafe. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Andrew, Katy, Anthony & team.

Great stay

We stayed in this villa the 2 last weeks of Oct. It was honestly a great stay in a beautiful villa: tranquil, no traffic at all, also no quads racing around or howling dogs during nights like we once had in El Roque. This villa has all the required amenities and more. In the beginning, the circulation pump of the pool made a lot of noise, in a way that we could not sit outside. We informed the owner about this - he made the necessary arrangements to replace it by a new one which is quieter. Working point: the dishwasher has seen better days but this didn’t bother us much.

Wonderful property for relaxing holiday

This was undoubtedly one of the most exceptional holiday properties we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a few!) Beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture indoors and out and every possible gadget needed in the kitchen too. Extremely comfortable beds and plenty of places to sit both in and out of the sun. The saltwater heated pool was an added bonus and the pool man kept it in perfect order while housekeeper, Emma was very attentive and the whole property was beautifully clean. We had one small issue with plumbing which was dealt with by Andrew within half an hour from England and help arrived and all was fine. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in a future visit to our favourite Canary island. Graham & Gail H

Very quiet location in a town we have regularly visited over the years. This is a lovely villa with almost everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are some signs of the villa needing some refreshing; tap on outside shower corroded and broken, tiles missing in pool particularly on steps, insect blind in master bedroom broken, outdoor furniture worn on arms. None of these were game changers for us as adults but might pose hazards for those traveling with small children (sharp edges). Our biggest problem was with water. On arrival we had no water and this cut out on two further occasions during our stay. Whilst it was quickly addressed by Anthony the maintenance man it was an inconvenience and no one wants to be that person who is constantly reporting issues. Andrew the owner was also very responsive. As I say this is a loverly villa which could be absolutely fantastic with some updates and the water issues addressed.

villa suerte lajares very disapointing poor

Beautful villa but instructions as to how to get there well out of date and resulted in a 2- 3 hour delay in gettig into villa .Agent only arrived on third day of our 6 day stay by when we had a long list of things which did not work.Agent tried to resolve these issues but some were never resolved . "solar heated" swimming pool was frozen and pool attendant refused to switch on the auxilliary heating without owners consent which was not forthcoming

Very quiet location.

Excellent villa. Kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed the pool. Little things could have easily been better. The soap dispenser in the main bedroom was nearly empty, there was no towel in the separate toilet. This wasn't a problem for us as there were only 2 of us. Disappointed that the description says..."Complementary drink and snacks are also provided on arrival in addition to a selection of toiletries in each bathroom." We did not have any complementary drinks or food. The bathrooms only had hand soap provided. Also the description says..."..secluded from busy roads and neighbours..." Yes the road is very quiet, but from the seats outside the main bedroom you can see the road and we saw skateboarders going past. Also the wall at the bottom of the garden is low and a neighbour was seen walking up and down right by the wall on his phone. It is quiet, but not secluded. The gardener arrived unexpectedly.
