Je suis très insatisfaite et déçue de mon séjour à Vacancéole la Londes les Maures. Propreté 0 (assiettes et sols sales, VMC dégoûtante, hôte plus que sale…) de plus, sur l’annonce il est noté papier WC(1 rouleau à peine…) 0 serviette de toilette comme annoncé sur le site.Sur les 2 piscines, l’une était impraticable car pleines d’algues. Niveau sécurité à la piscine, le loquet du portail était cassé.. 1 mois avant notre arrivée, j’avais contacté la résidence pour demander un lit parapluie pour ma fille de 17mois. On m’annonce qu’il y en a pas de disponible… Je dois me fâcher fort pour enfin qu’on me trouve une solution. Sans parler des nuisances sonores avec des gens/ enfants qui parlent fort, crient jusqu’à 1h30 voir 2 h du matin… Pour terminer, l’alarme incendie a sonné le jeudi 28/08 au matin, je rentre des courses et voit des personnes en bas de notre logement. Une fois celle ci arrêté je monte dans mon logement et demande à ma mère ce qu’elle fait dans la chambre alors que l’alarme a sonné. Elle m’indique de pas avoir entendu d’alarme sonné dans le couloir et qu’elle n’a eu aucune information. C’est HONTEUX! Je suis très mécontente. Je réclame une compensation financière et un contrôle de cette établissement. Il est inacceptable de faire payer des gens pour des services comme cela. L’annonce sur votre site est une publicité mensongère avec ses photos et description d’appartement. J’attends votre retour sous 48h suite à cette descriptionLaura LEMASSON
