For an unforgettable stay, stay in this spacious house for 6 adults and 2 children (maximum 12 years old), bright and modern fully equipped to guarantee optimal comfort during your getaway just steps away from the beaches. Indeed, you will have direct access to the first beach from a small path at the end of the garden. Imagine being able to cool off at any time of day, go for a morning walk when the beach is still deserted, or enjoy an exceptional sunset, just a few metres from your door.

A large garden is also at your disposal, ideal for enjoying meals in the open air, whilst enjoying an unobstructed view of the beach.

If you wish to take a break during your day, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool (available from 15 May to 15 September) as well as a games room, equipped with various games for children. (For your safety, it is forbidden to jump on the net.)



Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the living space with its lounge, comfortable sofa, a television and a fireplace, ideal for warming up in winter and enjoying convivial moments by the fire. The dining room and open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, await you for your meals. You will find induction hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, a kettle, a blender, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, as well as all the utensils necessary for cooking.

Still on the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) offers a view of the swimming pool, whilst a second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed, overlooks the sea. A shower room and a bathroom are accessible, as well as an independent toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. You will also be able to enjoy the patio with direct access to the swimming pool.

Upstairs, the master suite offers you a bathtub with a sea view and a dressing room. You will also have access to the games room and the last bedroom, which has two single beds (90x190) and an adjoining shower room.
