Total floor area: 128 m² attic parts included. Balcony + terrace. Communal clothes dryer. Common playground (petanque, table tennis, volleyball, etc.). Bedsheets included. Ski La Giettaz/Domain Les Portes du Mont-Blanc at 600m. Telephone and internet network limited according to the operators. Typical 18th century chalet renovated 600m from the slopes of the vast Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area. Small family hamlet of gîtes. Very calm.
