Great House shame about the host

The house was brillaint and our kids loved the pool and it was a lovely place to stay. Would happily have given 5 stars for the house. However, after the stay we encountered major issues with the host requesting we pay additional money for cleaning because we didn't clean out the shower drains and sweep up small amounts of sand despite being charged twice for a cleaner. The host then progressed to harrass and bombard me with messages even threatening to try and locate my parents and the house they stayed in on their holiday. Would advise anyone staying to take a thorough video on arrival and depature to show the state of the house and also expect that if it is not spotless including showers and toilets being deep cleaned and also not to put anything smelly in the outside bins. Such a shame as we had a lovely relaxed family holiday ruined shortly after depature.
