Room is clean, toilet drains slow. Staff was courteous, but did not replenish our coffee. Wish AC would face a different direction which was facing the bed, it’s very uncomfortable to have the cold air blow straight on me, and cannot leave off during hot days. Breakfast was ok, not very many choices.

AMAZING!! Amazing views from almost every room! We were high up on the resort but it looked like every room had an amazing view! The staff was super friendly and helpful all the time! The in house restaurant had many options to choose for lunch and dinner, breakfast buffet was always delicious and never ran out of food. The barstaff was friendly and helpful and the food always hit the spot. The rooms were super cozy and very spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel and the pools and spas are the best around! We will be coming back on our next visit!!

Stayed in rooms 249 250 they are very far away from restaurant & pools with no views, cannot recommend this property as you literally have to drive to get anywhere on property! The Hot Springs are very limited compared to other properties, breakfast is great, slides are great for kids, no workout center

Beautiful area, the view of the volcano is awesome. You should go to the lake and do some kayaking. The thermal pool was too crowded for their size. The slides are fun for the kids.

Beautiful resort, well maintained grounds, lot of various trees and flowers. We saw created guans, pizottes and iguanas and other birds. Big rooms which are air conditioned. Ours was with queen beds which are little further up the hill. They do have a free shuttle which is always available and takes only couple of minutes. Walking is 10 mins downhill and 15 mins uphill. Hotel has great free breakfast, with lot of options. They also organized various tours to the arenal and La Fortuna areas which is very convenient. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are variety of the thermal pools in the resort and are very relaxing with different temperatures. Our room had a great view of the volcano though it was mostly cloudy on the top There are two restaurants and both are good. We liked the bar restaurant as it has good vegetarian choices.

Beautiful resort and staff were all great. Did have to ask for a room on second floor as the mountain view on the main floor didn’t have the views of the volcano and staff were accommodating.

It was a nice place. The hot springs were enjoyable and having a wet bar and restaurant on site were a plus. I am a running so you can jog on property but no side walks on roads. We had no complaints other than we had an issue with lock on door but they fixed. Wish they had ice machine but the bar was accommodating. In short. We highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos. The amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The views from the resort were excellent, and the maintenance was great too.
