Beautiful property surrounded by lush vegetation with lots of privacy next to the forest and a beautiful stream. Ideal for families or groups of friends. 10 minutes from the main attractions of the area (hot springs, theme parks, National Park, among others).
We have air conditioning, wifi, armchairs, tv, the house is very well equipped, the place is super quiet and is very close to the center of La Fortuna, just 10 minutes from downtown.

Unfortunately, due to the big snowstorm that came across the United States, we were not able to make our trip. That being said that was no fault of the hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners/hosts were available and thorough in all communication. The home was well equipped. The bathrooms were luxurious! We loved the location - close enough to the town of La Fortuna, but far enough away to enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounded us. The maintenance man took us to see 3 sloths on the property and shared some fruit with us that grew there.

AC worked great, the property was immaculate and spacious. The pool received a lot of direct sunlight, making it warm and a favorite among the family. The master suite was comfortable, and we loved the shower in the bathroom. We had minor issues checking in due to Google Maps stopping us one driveway early, and the doorcode instructions were a little confusing the first time. The area is a little remote, but we expected that going into the mountains. There are plenty of grocery options if you are willing to cook food, and some local restaurants, but don't expect a ton of options to eat out. Overall, this was our second-favorite property during our 8-day stay out of 5 properties total.

This house was amazing and fit our family of 5 perfectly! Everyone had their own space and slept great. The patio was perfect to relax, eat a meal and watch the kids swim (even in the rain). The kitchen was great for cooking in on the nights we were too tired to go out. The property is beautiful and has two sloths living there (the owner pointed them out to us multiple times) and my kids even named one of them. It was a perfect location and very quiet but also located close to numerous activities. We were very sad to leave. Thank you for an amazing trip.

Arnaldo has one of the best properties you’ll find in Costa Rica. A gated property with fully furnished homes, heated pools & sloths on property. Every morning was a delight to wake up to see Toucans & macaws floating around & that early morning coolness. Wonderful stay!!
