Large studio of approximately 47m² with a living area furnished with two club chairs, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a sleeping area separated by screens with a double bed (140x190cm), a clothes rack, and a chest of drawers. Adjoining the living area is a dining room, then a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). There is also a separate WC and a shower room with a walk-in shower.
Electric heating. You can enjoy a private enclosed garden of approximately 1000m², a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The cottage has its own independent access and benefits from a large, peaceful garden, perfect for relaxation. Ideal for a couple, this cottage offers all the comforts of home in a cozy retreat. In an early 19th-century farmhouse, ‘La Rêverie’ is located on the heights 1 km from the village of La Douze, in the Périgord Blanc region, at the gateway to the Périgord Noir. Located southeast of Périgueux, its central location makes it easy to visit, within a 50 km radius, Montignac and Lascaux II, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Le Bugue (aquarium, Bournat village, Proumeyssac chasm), Bergerac, Brantôme (the Venice of the Périgord), Terrasson (Gardens of Imagination), the castles of Castelnaud and Hautefort, gourmet markets, and much more.
