Die Lage der Wohnung und der gesamten Anlage ist sehr schön, Strand und Restaurants sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Gemeinschaftspool der Anlage ist sehr großzügig und ganztags von schönen großen Bäumen beschattet, so dass man dort auch bei großer Hitze gut sein kann. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung selbst ist abgewohnt und teils reparaturbedürftig. Der wenige Platz steht voll mit alten und defekten Elektrogeräten sowie unnützem Plunder. Eine Reinigung nach Abreise der Gäste scheint nicht stattzufinden. Schade, denn die Wohnung ist eigentlich schön.

À l’arrivée nous avons trouvé l’appartement dans un très mauvais état: le placard arraché, le frigidaire moisi, l’électricité non conforme. Crasse présente dans tout l’appartement même sur la vaisselle. Vraiment dommage que nous ne puissions pas confirmer nos dires par les photos prises lors de notre arrivée.

J’ au passé un séjour très agréable, près de la mer, piscine dans la résidence. Mon compagnon n’a pas apprécié la panne de TV et l’accès en colimaçon. Cet escalier a rendu mon installation difficile. Terrasse agréable. Très bon séjour. J’ au eu à faire un très gros ménage à mon arrivée.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar gelegen. Strandnähe und Pool auf dem Grundstück - top. Ausstattung der Wohnung, abgesehen von der Küche, top. Alles vorhanden. Größtes Manko - sehr schlecht geputzt, in der kompletten Wohnung.

La proximité immédiate du camping permet de bénéficier des animations le soir.... au lit! Manque d'aménagements à déplorer : ustensiles de cuisines, pinces à linge, corde à linge... Quelques indications fantaisistes : climatiseur=ventilateur, barbecue=plaque chauffante inutilisable... Propreté approximative. Trop de matériel et d'affaires appartenant au propriétaire. Le soleil et la mer ne justifient pas le prix.... dommage, l'appartement pourrait être très agréable avec quelques aménagements... Malgré tout, séjour agréable, appartement bien situé, copropriété charmante.
