Probably the worse experience of my life

When I arrive at the reception I said I had a reservation and wait from some reaction ... The guy simply print the reservation paper on the table and looked at us as we were some alliens ...! So I ask what he wants and he asked "the ID card of course" and added "in your country what you show in a checkpoint" ... Well, indescribable :( In the room with a reservation for 2 people, they only putted on bath towel!!! Nothing was cleaned... I took a bath with my shoes... And to finalize they were 2 beds and one wasn't changed and had hairs on the sheets so we slept on one bed together not to ear the guy again ... It would not be worthfull !!!!!

It’s ok for a short stay

Overall, the stay was good. Nicely decorated and spacious room. Good food and service in the restaurant. However, didn’t like the fact that the room and bedding stunk of cigarettes. Also, please provide more accurate directions how to find this hotel. It’s not where you placed it on the map you send in your confirmation email.

La amabilidad brilla por su ausencia parece que le debes algo..... Para la salida ya ni estaban en su puesto ni se les veía por las instalaciones llamabas al número de teléfono y no contestaban tuvimos que dejar las llaves en el mostrador para poder marcharnos tanto yo como otros 5 huéspedes.....
