It is situated off the main road that leads to San Rafael, the beach El Quemaito, Villa Miriam, Los Patos and more.You are free to roam around the gated property except the roof. The backyard has a beautiful tiki area equipped with electricity accessible through the billiard table room.
As you walk in you will see an open layout home living room, dining area and kitchen in the same area. There is a television in the living room and games- Uno, what do you meme, cards and dominos. Please be respectful of the domino table and other belongings in the home.
The billiard table room is prime for family fun. As you continue exploring you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom attached is the second bathroom and the screen for the camera monitors in the closet. Do not touch setup. It was setup this way for your peace of mind while you visit. All rooms have television with Roku setup and air-conditioned.
